The Videoconference Interview (Part 1)
Just like the other areas of the employment process, job interviews continue to evolve to meet the changing needs of our time. Today, there are traditional interviews and there are also non-traditional ones. It is therefore critical for people to get updated and prepared to face each kind of interview.
Let me share with you my little knowledge about this non-traditional interview called videoconference interview. A videoconference interview is done using web cameras. It is now being practiced by a number of employers especially if the job candidate lives far away. So, if ever you encounter this kind of job interview, make sure you are prepared. (to be concluded)
