Job Dissatisfaction
Each one of us needs a pleasant job experience to achieve a fulfilling career. However, due to different circumstances surrounding our work, a pleasant job experience nor a fulfilling career is hard to attain.
There are people who have admitted they are satisfied with their job. The case can be attributed to the smart choice they made or simply their positive work attitude. On the other hand, job satisfaction is somewhat elusive for most. The problem is due to underlying factors (e.g. low pay, excessive work hours, nightmare bosses, slow promotion, etc.) and if not addressed properly, can lead to depression and decrease in self-esteem.
